Abstract
In the 21st century, it is quite observable that the age between young and teenage children is more addicted to smoking. Not only has that, but these types of problems also occurred in middle-aged people. Smoking not only threatens the heart or lungs, but it also damages every single organ of the body, especially the heart, lungs, the total nervous system, and the eyes also. Smoking can cause muscular degeneration and is the real cause of blindness. Young people are more fearful regarding the relationship between smoking and going blind. Smokers usually know that smoking is associated with premature death but few know that it is involved in blindness and is more related to the quality of life. There is a need for professionals to raise awareness to concentrate on eye research and smoking behavior. A secondary qualitative method has been used for this study.
