Abstract

Agricultural Food Supply chain management has arisen as an area of day-to-day importance for the agricultural food sector, since stakeholders involved in the execution of decision-making processes. Quality less agricultural food products are accompanied by the market in day-to-day life which leads to usage of chemicals in the production process. The rapid growth of blockchain technology has opened up a slew of new possibilities, namely medical applications. A blockchain for the medical supply chain has the potential to eliminate the issue of counterfeit medications putting patients at threat all across the world. In the internet of medical things (IoMT), blockchain technology was now being tested in a variety of healthcare uses, including data administration, memory, device interface, and privacy . Owing to the intrinsic trust and inalterability given by blockchain technology, supply chain management (SCM), commodity traceability, and quality assurance are one of the most prominent implementations of blockchain technology. The suggested SCM systems blockchain - based and smart contract technologies, on the other hand, are usually tailored to a certain production and manufacturing process. The suggested system in this study proposes a decentralised application (Dapp) that may be adjusted for most agri-food enterprises, using a blockchain method for agri-food supply chain. The decentralized application (Dapp) describes the food supply chain management with the blockchain technology in terms of traceability and time consumption in order to make sure of food safety and food integrity.
