A Mathematical Model for Prolactin, Luteinizing Hormoneand Testosteronein Male Beagle Dogs

Abstract
Pituitary anterior lobe hormone synthesis is controlled by both inhibitory and stimulatory hypothalamic signals. The primary inhibitory signal for the release of prolactin hormone is identified as Dopamine.It was found that in the blood prolactin the mean is significant in control and cabergoline administration. The level of LH and testosterone concentrations were comparable before and after cabergoline therapy.The Mathematical Model applied in the study wasWeibull distribution. The medical data were analysed using the corresponding mathematical model.
