Compare the Efficacy of Tissue Glue vs Knotless Suture after Impacted Third Molar Removal.

Abstract

Aim:   

To check the efficacy of tissue glue vs knotless suture after removal of impacted third molar.

Material and Methods:

Subjects under going wisdom tooth surgery were included within the ambient of study. After the tooth removal, right side was sealed with the tissue glue and left side with the knotless suture.

Results:

The intended data were collected, postoperative bleeding, pain, swelling, trismus were observed and there is no significant distinction between two methods of surgery.

Conclusion:

This study concluded that the efficacy of both the tissue glue and the knotless suture method had no perceptible difference.
