AIM: Aim of the study To find out the   Effectiveness of high intensity interval training and moderate intensity interval training with resistance training and breathing exercises to improve cardio respiratory endurance among amateur athletes.

Material & Method: 30 men of age group of18 to 24were included for the studyaccordingly the inclusion criteria after clear instruction given to the subjects, they were allotted into 2 groups. Group A (N=15) and Group B (N=15), these groups underwent high intensity interval training with resistance exercise & moderate intensity interval training with breathing exercises.

RESULTS: - Results show the outcome of experimental with a t-value of 0.0001(i.e, <0.05) control group with a p-value of 0.0001(i.e, <0.05) but experimental group shows statistically signification improvement control group.

CONCLUSION: - according to statistical analysis group (A &B)shows significant difference to improve cardio respiratory endurance among amateur athletes
