Bier's Spots in 13 Year Old Male Child - A Case Report

Abstract
Bier spots are an abnormal and transient vascular response that occur with vasodilatation and vasoconstriction. (1)
Characterised by small, light, irregular, hypopigmented and transient macules, usually found on the upper and lower extremities of young adults, in which the intervening skin may seem erythematous but blanches with pressure so that these light macules disappear.(2)
We hereby present the case of a 13 year old male with bier's spots over the upper and lower extremities and the trunk.
