An Internet of Things based Monitoring and Assistance System using Unmanned Vehicle for Health Care Applications

In this paper, Internet of Things  (IoT )Based physiological patient health signal monitoring and assistance based  unmanned vehicle is proposed for virtual enhanced health care services. An unmanned vehicle equipped with physiological patient health signal monitoring and control using low cost microcontrollers. Signal monitoring can be done through Arduino Uno with the multi-sensor network which will monitor the health of the patient. It can be used to control the vehicle to get the mobility and fast access of patient health data to healthcare service providers. This paper proposes a vehicle structure, used as stretchers and Wheel chairs, for the patient / Disabled people to monitor the physiological health and moving them to proper places for treatment within the healthcare places by virtual Internet of things. We developed a wireless unmanned vehicle to cater the needs of patients in the hospitals/homes using low cost Microcontroller through Internet of Things. This proposed system will provide a modern health care cum assistance system in clinical applications with greater utility and more patient-friendly. We prerogative that the proposed vehicle improves the environment towards the patient-friendly especially in the health care service providers.
