Abstract

A factorial pots experiment was carried out according to a Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) to study the effect of the addition of mycorrhizal fungi and the two type of zinc fertilizers and their interactions on some enzymes activity of wheat crop irrigated with different saline water levels .The results showed that the addition of mycorrhizae significantly affected the activity of both catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzymes , while there was no significant difference to the addition of the mycorrhizae in the activity of peroxidase enzyme (POD). The addition of nano zinc fertilizer significantly affected the activity of (CAT), (SOD) and (POD) enzymes. The results showed a significant effect of irrigation with different levels of saline water, the effectiveness of (CAT), (S0D) and (POD) enzymes increased with an increase in the salinity levels of the irrigation water. The dual and triple interactions of the studied factors had a significant effect on the activity of (CAT) and (SOD) and (POD) enzymes.
