Abstract

In the present study, atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to determine the concentration of lead in urine sample of cancer patients and healthy group ,as the highest value of lead concentrations in urine samples is (2.993±0.055)µg/l male, suffering prostate cancer returns to age of91 years old from officer district and the minimum concentration of lead in urine samples is (0.111±0.001)µg/l, male, suffering prostate cancer returns age 80years old From Torij and the average value of lead concentration  in samples of urine for this group was found (1.400 ±0.026)µ/l, the highest of lead concentration in urine sample healthy group was(4.1732±0.043)µg/l and lowest value was(0.474±0.001)µg/l in average value(0.72813±0.017)µg/l .The  effect was studied by the concentration of lead  according to age and smoking habit.
